Meditation Camp During the summer vacation, I attended a meditation camp in the serene hills of Dharamshala. Nestled amidst lush greenery and surrounded by the tranquil sounds of nature, the camp provided an ideal environment for introspection. Each day began with sunrise meditation, which helped to center my thoughts and set a peaceful tone for the day. The sessions were guided by experienced instructors who taught various techniques, including mindful breathing and mantra meditation. The silence of the mountains combined with the gentle guidance created a profound sense of calm and clarity. Evenings were spent in reflective discussions with fellow participants, sharing insights and experiences.
