I am writing to complain about the television set I purchased from your store recently. Unfortunately, the T.V. set is not functioning properly due to some fault, and I am extremely disappointed with its performance.
I purchased the television set on [date], and since then, I have been experiencing issues with it. The picture quality is poor, and the sound quality is also not up to the mark. Moreover, the channels are not getting tuned properly, and the remote control is not working correctly.
I have tried to troubleshoot the problem myself, but nothing seems to work. Therefore, I am requesting you to either replace the T.V. set or repair it at the earliest. As a customer, I expect a product that works efficiently and meets my expectations.
I hope you will take immediate action to resolve this issue and provide me with a satisfactory solution. I would appreciate it if you could respond to this letter as soon as possible.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Suresh Kumar
