Hello Sir/Madam,
I beg to say that my father is a small worker in a small water plant and his monthly salary is only Rs.8000. I have a brother and a sister in my family. My father is the only earner in a family of 5 people. With an income of only 8000, it becomes very difficult to fulfil the requirements of the entire family. Moreover, the cost of education for my sister and brother also goes from this money. Due to all this, I am not able to pay my school fees for the last few months.
Therefore, I urge you to please understand my condition and waive my fees.
I will be highly obliged to you.
Thanks
Yours Sincerely

Subject : Open manholes

Hello Sir/Madam,
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I wish to draw the kind attention of the general public and concerned authorities to the open manholes at Sector 2, Rohtak. There are three open manholes on the main road leading to our locality. They are posing a serious threat to the lives of the people. Despite several incidents in the past where people have fallen in these manholes and suffered injuries, The Rohtak Nagar Nigam has never paid heed to cover them up. These pits lead to accidents during daytime itself but they become all the more dangerous during the night time. During the rainy season it is difficult to locate them. Therefore, on behalf of the residents of the locality I request you to make the authorities cover these open manholes immediately.
I hope the concerned authorities will take prompt action to cover these open manholes. Thank you
Yours faithfully
Jatin
